Hello Loved Ones,
Today I do not want to talk about self-esteem or self-confidence, but about something that is close to my heart.
I lived very (too) long in a megalopolis, surrounded by a huge forest of buildings all bigger than the others. A city where seeing a piece of greenery was almost a miracle.
When I returned to my homeland, my relatives did not understand my need to get closer to nature, and my choice to live in the countryside. But after almost 10 years in a city that never rested, just sitting in the forest and listening to nature was a liberation. It seems to me that the natural world is the main source of excitement, of inspiration; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so many things in life that makes life worth living.
